Lt. Col. Francis takes command of 333 FS
Lt. Col. Drew Bures, outgoing 333rd Fighter Squadron commander, renders his final salute to the 333rd FS during a change of command ceremony at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, March 3, 2023. Bures relinquished command to Lt. Col. Taylor Francis. The 333rd FS was first activated on Dec. 8, 1957, and has since housed the F-100 Super Sabre, F-105 Thunderchief, and the A-10A Thunderbolt II in addition to the F-15E Strike Eagle.
