Chief Master Sergeant Jeffrey M. Craver is Command Chief, 4th Fighter Wing, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. He is the primary advisor to the wing commander on matters affecting mission readiness through morale, quality of life, utilization, health and welfare of the wing's enlisted forces. With approximately 5,700 active-duty military members and civilians, the wing conducts and supports air combat operations. The wing's mission is driven by two combat-ready F-15E Strike Eagle fighter squadrons and two training fighter squadrons.

Chief Craver entered the Air Force in March 1986. He has served in various leadership positions at the tactical and operational levels, and has deployed to Kandahar AB, Afghanistan, and Al Udeid AB, Qatar, in support of Operations IRAQI and ENDURING FREEDOM as well as Tanzania, Africa, in support of presidential taskings. His assignments include bases in Germany, Korea, Japan, Canada, Idaho, Washington and Italy.
