SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --   Several units across the 4th Fighter Wing participated in friendly competition for bragging rights, April 16-19.

The "Turkey Shoot" started out as a competition between the 4th and 56th Fighter Groups during WWII and has now transitioned to the aircrew, maintainers and aircrew support of the 4th Fighter Wing.

All week Airmen competed in their respective specialties against different units to determine "who does it better."
