SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --   An F-15E Strike Eagle assigned to the 4th Fighter Wing flies over the Appalachian Mountains near Linville, North Carolina, Oct. 16, 2023. The 4th Fighter Wing performs routine flight training to ensure that they are able to project agile combat airpower for the United States and its allies.
