Delayed reporting Feb. 14

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --   The 4 FW Commander has directed delayed reporting on Friday, 14 Feb, 14. Normal duty hours will begin at 0900L. All personnel should exercise caution on their commute and contact their supervisor if they encounter conditions unsafe for travel.
