Commentary: Remembering Red Sand
BALA MURGHAB, Afghanistan – Two-year-old Yovas Aduraman, a child from Joy Gange Village, Bala Murghab District, Badghis Province, Afghanistan, awaits an Afghan National Army transport from Combat Outpost Metro to Forward Operating Base Todd. He was treated by Army Spec. Kellen West, a Red Platoon medic from Bulldog Troop, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment.
