SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --
The 4th Fighter Wing Airman & Family Readiness Center hosted an Easter egg hunt on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., March 27. Children participated in the hunt based on their age group, 1 through 3 year olds began the event with their parent's help. There was also a cakewalk, where each winner earned a donated homemade dessert. The Easter egg hunt is one of many base events that are part of the DePLAYment tag program. The program offers family members of deployed Airmen free or discounted entry to events on and off base and other various perks. At the Easter egg hunt, DePLAYment tag holders were given Easter baskets free of charge. The Easter egg hunt is just one of many base events recognizing the year of the Air Force family.
