Alex Blair, explosive ordnance technicians with the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, prepare to disable an improvised explosive ordnance threat as part of Operation Llama Fury, Aug. 25, 2015, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
