Fallen service members honored at annual wreath-laying ceremonies
Wreaths are set out on the graves of fallen service members as part of the Wayne County Wreaths Across America wreath-laying ceremony Dec. 16, 2017, at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
