4th MUNS and FGS’s Participate in Quarterly Load Crew Competition

A load crew member prepares a bomb rack unit 47 by setting the pitch valve settings on a bomb rack prior to loading the GBU-38 during a quarterly load crew competition at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, Oct. 21, 2021. The pitch valves control the release of gas pressure from the impulse carts when the pilot fires off the munition.
