MEDIA ADVISORY: Planned active shooter notification exercise at Seymour Johnson AFB

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --
Seymour Johnson Air Force Base will commence a planned active shooter notification exercise at approximately 1 p.m., Dec. 13, 2017.
This exercise will test the 4th Fighter Wing’s ability to notify personnel, both on and off base, of an incident in real time.
All installation support and services will continue with normal operations.
Exercises ensure Seymour Johnson AFB Airmen can effectively complete the mission of the 4th Fighter Wing and are fully prepared to respond in the event of a real world disturbance.
