Honoring those who serve

GOLDSBORO, N.C --  Members of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base participated in the Wayne County Veteran's Day parade in Goldsboro, N.C., Nov. 10.

During the parade, servicemembers and civilians came together to honor those who have served in the United States military and thank them for their sacrifices.

Col. Michael Koscheski, 4th Operations Group commander, spoke to those watching the parade regarding the support and helping hand that local community members provide to Airmen at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Members from across the county participated in the parade with banners and floats that represented their organization and to thank veterans.
