4th Fighter Wing intramural softball championship

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --  Airmen from the 4th Equipment Maintenance Squadron participated in the base intramural softball championship here, June 21.

Ammo, the acting home team, and Aircrew Ground Equipment, the away team, competed in the championship bout. The two teams played a vigorous eight innings, full of line drives, double plays and close calls. In the end, Ammo came out on top, winning the competition 13 to 4.

Ammo completed the season with 11 wins and three losses, while AGE finished with 10 wins and two losses. The next softball season begins April 2013.
