The 4th Force Support Squadron fitness staff offers physical fitness classes throughout the week open to all members of Team Seymour.

These classes include an abdominal, and core, and boot camp workouts led by Mike Unden, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. The classes utilize high-intensity interval training to get Airmen and base personnel into shape and live healthier lives.

The abdominal and core workout is specifically designed to strengthen core muscles in a short amount of time. The 30-minute class is held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:45 a.m. in the fitness center.

The wing Fitness Improvement Training program is also conducted by Unden. The aim of this class is to help Airmen pass the Air Force physical fitness assessment. The class takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:50 a.m. in the fitness center.

"It feels fantastic to have people come to me and shake my hand after they pass their physical training test," said Unden, 4th Force Support Squadron military fitness specialist. "(This sometimes is) something that they haven't been able to do for months or years, it's great."
