In 2012, the city initiated a planning effort to provide a creative and dynamic plan to guide the future long-term growth and development of areas such as; all of Goldsboro and Saulston townships as well as portions of Buck Swamp, Fork, Brogden and New Hope. To participate in this initiative and express your opinions, take the "Goldsboro Urbanized Area Comprehensive Plan Questionnaire by June 15," at www.ci.goldsboro.nc. - The Air Force Climate Survey, allowing Air Force Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, APF and NAF civilians have an opportunity to voice their opinions to leadership, runs through June 22. Individuals who did not receive an email invitation to participate in the survey should email surveysupport@us.af.mil with the subject line "Need an invitation to 2012 AF Climate Survey." - The Pre-Separation Briefing for the Air Force Reserve is given on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. in Building 4915, the Air Force Reserve Recruiting Office. This is a mandatory briefing per Air Force Instruction 36-3205. Airmen will not be allowed to out-process from the base unless they attend. Anyone authorized on base, including active duty, reserve, guard, retired military, dependants and Department of Defense employees can use this service.
