Each donor receives a car wash coupon. To make an appointment, visit www.redcrossblood.org and click on "make a blood donation appointment" link. - The Installation Voting Assistance Office is open to individuals with questions about the upcoming election season. The office is located in the base fire department or can be reached at 919-722-7588 or 919-722-3840. Additional voting information can also be found at www.fvap.gov. - The Seymour Johnson Air Force Base gates are open the following hours: Berkeley Gate (1) - 24 hours, 7 days a week; Slocumb Gate (2) - 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., 7 days a week; Oak Forrest Gate (3) - 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday through Friday For large commercial vehicle deliveries outside of normal Slocumb Gate hours, contact security forces at 919-722-1211 or 919-722-1212. - The 4th Medical Group is offering walk-in sick call is open to active duty members in uniform at Family Health Clinic duty days from 7:30-8:30 a.m. - The Fitness Center is hosting a Mother's Day run May 11 at 11:30 a.m. at the 2 mile track. - In celebration of Military Spouse Appreciation, the Airman & Family Readiness Center will have drawings for various prizes including a grand prize of a seven-day, six-night stay at Carolina beach. To register visit the A&FRC in building 3602, at 1200 Wright Brothers Ave., by May 14. Winners must show their military ID card to claim their prize. The event will benefit She Is She, an organization that rescues and restores women and girls from abuse and slavery. The camp, open to children ages 5-12, takes place at the youth center from June 11 through Aug. 24. Parents and guardians may sign their children up for the weeks of their choice. The camp includes field trips, weekly swimming, bi-weekly bowling and library trips, special interest clubs and open choice activities. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served daily. Camp hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The camp will not take place on federal holidays. Fees are based on total family income. Camp registration ends May 31. During the construction work, Brooks Street will be closed adjacent to Humphrey Street. Access to the parking lots will not be impacted. - The 4th Security Forces Squadron Pass and Registration office relocated from building 2903 to building 5005. The new office is located at 1010 Vermont Garrison St. at the 4th Security Forces Squadron.
