Airmen from the 4th Fighter Wing are getting an opportunity to revamp the menu at the Southern Eagle Dining Facility here, Feb. 16.

Vendors will be showcasing new food items for Airmen and base personnel to taste test and provide feedback to the dining facility. A few choices are; eggplant parmesan, hot and mild wings, pierogies, lasagna, chicken curry and individually wrapped whole grain pastries.
