4th MDG scores back-to-back Chief's Group award wins

Chief Master Sgt. Bionca Lindsey awards Airman 1st Class Sarah Rodriguez with the Chief's Group Superior Performer award during the chief’s group meeting, Aug. 2, 2011. Rodriguez contributed to the 4th Medical Group’s (MDG) excellent rating on their Health Services Inspection by compiling thousands of documents and correcting potential errors in medical records. Rodriguez also completed her five-level upgrade training four months ahead of schedule and is working towards completing her Community College of the Air Force degree. Lindsey is the 4th MDG superintendent from Chicago and Rodriguez is an aerospace medicine technician with the 4th Aerospace Medicine Squadron and hails from Brownsville, Texas. Chief Master Sgt. Bionca Lindsey awards Senior Airman Armelyn Braceros with a Chief's Group Superior Performer award Sept. 14, 2011. Braceros is the only health services management technician in her section and is in charge of the daily schedules for six flight surgeons and maintains the medical records for more than 1,500 active duty personnel and their families. She also manages the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) for the entire 4th Medical Group (4th MDG), which includes ensuring Airmen and civilians who work in career fields with certain security requirements are medically qualified to do their jobs.
