SJ Airmen to represent ACC in MAJCOM marathon challenge Published Aug. 9, 2010 By 4th Fighter Wing Public Affairs SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- The 14th Annual Air Force Marathon and the 4th Air Force Marathon Major Command Challenge will take place Sept. 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Air Combat Command is sponsoring a 16 person team to compete in the MAJCOM Challenge, an Air Force-wide competition open to active-duty and activated Guard and Reserve servicemembers, the winning MAJCOM is determined based on participation and race performance points. Congratulations to the following Airmen selected to represent Seymour Johnson AFB and ACC in the MAJCOM Challenge: Capt. Matthew Lynch, 4th Fighter Wing Legal Office Staff Sgt. Timothy Randall, 4th Equipment Maintenance Squadron The MAJCOM Challenge trophy will be presented at the Fall Corona, the annual autumn gathering of Air Force senior leaders.
