SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Highlighting the achievement of seven base senior master sergeants selected for promotion, a Chief Recognition Ceremony took place at the community center on Feb. 13, 2010 on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. The guest speaker for this year's ceremony was reitred Col. Douglas Carroll, 460th Space Wing director of staff, Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., the son of charter chief Luther Carroll.
