Seymour Johnson's Fitness and Sports Center has more than 600 customers who workout on a daily basis. Popular workouts in the fitness center revolve around cardiovascular, weight training machines and free weights. There are numerous outdoor fitness options available to include the two-mile trail, basketball, football, soccer, skateboarding, softball, tennis and a .25 mile track. Seymour Johnson's fitness and sports center staff has equipment customers may sign out during their workout such as weight belts, goggles, locks, rackets, volleyballs, basketballs and footballs. The fitness and sports center also offers free personal trainers on the staff, by appointment only, to help develop individual fitness goals.
