CSA: your global connection

The 4th Communications Squadron mission is: Communication warriors enabling the world's most effective combat power in seamless delivery of air, space and cyberspace power anywhere on the globe. The 4th CS client support administrators maintain approximately 6,000 computers on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. They provide network security, computer and printer support, solve hardware and software issues, and maintain computers and user accounts. The CSAs handle approximately 900 computer problems weekly. If an administrator cannot help a customer over the phone, he may go to the workcenter to correct the problem. Team Seymour has 19 CSA Airmen on staff who work nine to 12 hour shifts and are on-call 24 hours every day.
