NCOs graduate professional enhancement seminar Published Dec. 9, 2008 By Master Sgt. Tonya Darner 4th Force Support Squadron SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Five students graduated from Seymour Johnson's Non-commissioned officer Professional Enhancement Seminar Dec. 5. The seminar is designed to fill the professional military education gap between Airman Leadership School and the NCO Academy. Students learn about enlisted heritage, mentoring, team building, professional writing skills, suicide-intervention techniques and much more. The objective of the seminar is to keep the front-line supervisors aware of their supervisory responsibilities and to improve upon the skills necessary to become successful supervisors.
