Coming soon is a way for you to help us help you. The 2008 Community Assessment Survey allows the Air Force to listen to you and provide the services needed by you and your families. Our nation is at war and members of this base are heavily involved. Frequent deployments affect everyone from the single Airman to the youngest child in a member's family. This survey will be used as a means of telling us where we can help or improve in specific areas. The survey will also allow you to express your feelings openly and anonymously. When you complete the survey you have helped every person connected to this base.

The Air Force will launch the assessment Monday. Air Force members at bases around the world will be randomly selected to participate. A notification message that includes a link to the web-based survey will be sent to the duty email address of each active duty and Reserve member selected to participate.

Additionally a survey notification postcard with the website address will be sent to the home address of each civilian spouse of an active-duty member. Reserve spouses will not be surveyed this year. The website for the spouse's survey is http://spouseafcasurvey.com and will open Monday. The access code is SpouseAFCA. A link to the spouse survey will also be posted at the Air Force Crossroads Website, www.afcrossroads.com. If you are the civilian spouse of an active-duty member, go to the website and participate.
