SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. – Col Morgan P. Lohse will take command of the 4th Fighter Wing during a change of command ceremony at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base on March 22, 2024, at 12:30 p.m.
Attendance to the change of command is by invitation only and the event is not open to the public. Anyone wishing to view the event may do so by tuning in to the Facebook Live Stream at https://www.facebook.com/SeymourJohnsonAirForceBase.
During the ceremony, Col Lucas J. Teel, 4 FW commander, will relinquish command to Col Lohse. Col Teel took command in May 2022 and will go on to command an air expeditionary wing at an undisclosed location.
Col Lohse was most recently the Commander of the 4th Operations Group, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. He has been previously stationed at SJAFB over the years and served in 2005 as an F-15E Strike Eagle student weapons systems officer; then from 2009 - 2012 was an F-15E instructor WSO, 334th Fighter Squadron flight commander, and chief of wing tactics at the 4th Operations Group.
