4th FW legal office releases July UCMJ actions Published Aug. 21, 2014 4th Fighter Wing Legal Office SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- The following Airmen received non-judicial punishment during the month of July: -- A technical sergeant assigned to the 4th Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction to the grade of staff sergeant, a reprimand, and a suspended forfeiture of pay in the amount of $1,547 pay per month for 2 months for unprofessional relationships with subordinate Airmen. -- A senior airman assigned to the 4th Component Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, a reprimand, and a two-month suspended forfeiture of $1,017 pay per month for driving while intoxicated. -- An airman first class assigned to the 4th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the grade of Airman, a reprimand, and a suspended reduction to airman basic for dereliction of duty. -- An airman first class from the 4th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received a discharge with an honorable service characterization for failure to meet minimum fitness standards. -- An airman basic from the 4th Security Forces Squadron received a discharge with an under honorable conditions (general) service characterization for misconduct: minor disciplinary infractions. -- An airman first class from the 4th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a discharge with an under honorable conditions (general) service characterization for misconduct: minor disciplinary infractions. -- An airman from the 4th Medical Support Squadron received a discharge with an honorable service characterization for failure to meet minimum fitness standards.
