4th FSS Airman turns pillowcases into dresses
A young girl in Uganda wears pillowcase dress made by U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Keena Dove-Alston. Dove-Alston sews pillowcase dresses for girls between the ages of 6 months and 11 years in various countries as a part of the Dress a Girl Around the World organization. DAG’s mission is to have a world where every little girl owns at least one dress. Dove-Alston is the 4th Force Support Squadron superintendent of career development and hails from Miami.
