9AF/CC visits SJ
Sharon Grieve, manager of BellaMorphosis, shows Kathy Wells how to row an Indorow on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., Jan. 13, 2012. The Indorow is similar to a rowing machine but uses water for tension and causes less impact on the joints. BellaMorphosis is the only women’s only fitness center in the Air Force and is the first Air Force gym to have these machines. Wells is visiting Seymour Johnson AFB with her husband, Maj. Gen. Lawrence Wells, the 9th Air Force commander. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Mariah Tolbert)
