Wayne County Veterans Memorial Dedication
Members of the Goldsboro board of trustees along with military members, past and present, cut a ribbon to complete the dedication of the Wayne County Veteran's Memorial in downtown Goldsboro, N.C., Nov. 11, 2011. The new memorial was built on the land which was once home to the Wayne County Memorial Community Building. The building stood from 1925 to 2004 when it was lost due to a fire.
