Bargain shopping on base
Ingrid Quick, a retired military spouse, adds a price tag to a clothing item at the Thrift Shop on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., Nov. 8, 2011. From June 2010 through May 2011 the Thrift Shop donated $9454.53 to the Enlisted Spouse Club and the Officer Civilian Spouses Club. The money was given out to spouse and dependent scholarships and the local community. Quick volunteers at the Thrift Shop as a way of giving back to the U.S. Air Force for all they have done while her husband was active duty. Quick hails from Goldsboro, N.C.
