A Remedy for a troublesome ticket
Staff Sgt. David Walker, 4th Communications Squadron network operations NCOIC, uses the Remedy system to remove quarantined computers from the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., Sept. 27, 2011. If a computer has a security vulnerability or has not been logged into for 63 days it is quarantined then patched or removed from the network. Walker is a native of Louisville, Ky.
