A Remedy for a troublesome ticket
Airmen 1st Class Thomas Neal and Christopher Law, 4th Communications Squadron network operations technicians, work to add memory to a server in the Network Control Center (NCC) on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., Sept. 27, 2011. The NCC is responsible for deleting computers from the network, rebooting servers, pushing updates and serves as a liaison between the base and the Integrated Network Operations and Security Center out of Langley AFB, Va.
