4th FW commemorates Battle of Britain with RAF piano burning tradition
Royal Air Force Flight Lt. Edward Whitechurch speaks during the social hour preceding the Battle of Britain celebration at Heritage Hall on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., Sept. 1. The celebration is a yearly event held to commemorate the anniversary of the Battle of Britain during World War II. The event was organized by Whitechurch and other officers to commemorate the 71st anniversary of the epic battle.
