Inaugural Doolittle Award
ARLINGTON, Va. -- Retired General Charles A. "Chuck" Horner speaks during a luncheon following the 4th Fighter Wing's acceptance of the inaugural Doolittle Award June 2, 2011. Horner retired Oct. 1, 1994, and spoke about lessons learned throughout Air Force history in combat. The Doolittle Award promotes the history and heritage of a unit as opposed an individual.
