Turkey shoot
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. – Senior Airman Matthew Jones wipes fuel off a tape and bob as Staff Sgt. Shawn Sumpter reels in the bob during the 4th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels turkey shoot competition here May 7, 2010. The competition consisted of a knowledge test and timed events to include maneuvering an R-11 refueling truck through an obstacle course, climbing a fuel tank and manually checking the fuel level, and conducting a fuels system icing inhibitor test in the lab.
