Running for a cause
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Members of the Goldsboro community and 4th Fighter Wing kick off the Wounded Warrior half marathon and 10-kilometer race here May 1, 2010. The raised money for the Wounded Warrior Project which strives to show respect for all servicemembers injured in combat operations. Capt. Elissa Ballas was the first female to finish the half marathon race. Captain Ballas, 4th Medical Operations Squadron physical therapist, hails from Bay Village, Ohio.
