SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Airman 1st Class Latanya Tidwell sprints to the finish of a 400-meter race here, April 23, 2010. Tidwell finished in first place with a time of 1 minute, 9 seconds.
