SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Airman 1st Class Shamika France strides toward the finish line during the 400-meter race here, April 23, 2010. The 400-meter race is one complete lap around a quarter-mile track. France finished in third place with a time of 1 minute, 14 seconds.
