With arms wide open
Lieutenant Col. Todd Boyd, 335th Fighter Squadron commander, embraces his daughter, Madison, during the first wave of returns of the deployed Chiefs Wednesday afternoon. Several family, squadron and community members welcomed the Chiefs with waving flags. The Chiefs return home after serving more than four months in Southwest Asia in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Our Airmen are expeditionary warriors who are trained and ready to deploy in support of the mission.
