Salute the Troops

RALEIGH, N.C. - The North Carolina National Guard Joint Forces Color Guard opens the ground festivities for Salute the Troops parade lasting more than an hour in downtown Raleigh April 26. A flyover of four F-15E Strike Eagles from Seymour Johnson AFB signaled the kick-off for the ground events to begin. The event honored the many members of the military in North Carolina and featured lunch, entertainment, and special displays of weaponry, armored vehicles, marine rescue and other equipment throughout the day.
