Salute the Troops
RALEIGH, N.C. - Senator Dole rides in the Salute the Troops Parade through the streets of downtown Raleigh with one of more than 50 Rolling Thunder members April 26. More than 50,000 spectators attended the military appreciation event that featured every branch of the military in a parade followed by family-friendly entertainment. The initiative was supported by local, state, and national industries and companies.
