Colonel Mark D. Kelly 4th Fighter Wing commander, explains the importance of remembering servicemembers who are prisoners of war and missing in action during the POW/MIA ceremony here Sep.19. The ceremony included a 12 hour vigil in Heritage Park, playing of taps, and a speech from Dr. Fredrick Kiley, co-author of Honor Bound, a Pulitzer Prize nominated book about prisoners of war in Southeast Asia.
