4th FW Aircrew take to water for exercise RAZOR TALON
A downed pilot releases smoke to mark his location during a search and rescue training mission, April 18, 2014, in the Neuse River outside Oriental, N.C. During the training mission, two 336th Fighter Squadron aircrew members were required to survive, evade and coordinate rescue. The operation was part of exercise RAZOR TALON, a 4th Fighter Wing training initiative that provides a low-cost, large-force exercise training opportunity for joint East Coast tactical and support aviation units.
