Public health combats STDs, STIs
Public health specialists at the 4th Aerospace Medicine Squadron work daily to get a leg up in the fight against sexually transmitted diseases and infections by acting as consultants on disease prevention, education and control programs. If a Department of Defense card holder thinks they may have contracted an STD or STI, they should contact 4th AMDS Public Health specialists at (919) 722-1172 to be tested and, if need be, treated.
