Chapel group earns Mayor's Trophy

U.S. Air Force Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Dwayne Keener, 4th Fighter Wing head chaplain, accepts the Mayor’s Trophy from Col. Jeannie Leavitt, 4th FW commander, during the Mayor’s Person with Disabilities Annual Ceremony in Goldsboro, N.C., Oct. 17, 2013.
