Seymour Johnson AFB pays tribute to prisoners of war, missing in action

Col. Mark Slocum, 4th Fighter Wing commander, speaks during the POW/MIA Ceremony on Sept. 19, 2014, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
