Hall accepts 4th CS command
Maj. Nelson Avilesfigueroa, outgoing 4th Communications Squadron commander, gives a final thank you to his Airmen during the unit’s change of command ceremony, July 10, 2015, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. Avilesfigueroa held the reins of the 4th CS for two years, during which time the squadron achieved many milestones and continued to uphold land and air-to-ground communication in support of F-15E Strike Eagle and KC-135 Stratotanker operations.
