Salute the Troops

A four ship of F-15E Strike Eagles from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina perform a flyover for the Salute the Troops parade in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, April 26. The intent of the event was to gather the people of North Carolina together to show appreciation to all of the United States Military personnel. The parade featured every branch of the active-duty military, the National Guard, Air Guard and Coast Guard, from every installation in the state and more than 50,000 spectators attended. The flyover represents the men and women of the 4th Fighter wing who put airpower, on target, on time. (U.S. Air Force photo by Capt. Tana R.H. Stevenson)
