Anthony Fisher, Profession of Arms Center of Excellence superintendent, leads more than 95 Senior NCOs in an exercise during an “Enhancing Human Capital” seminar, July 27, 2016, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. This seminar focused on reaching Air Force leaders within the SNCO tier and covered different types of learning, the affective leadership approach, active listening, and effective communication in an attempt to provide a better understanding of how professionalism drives individual behavior.
