Lt. Col. Wayne Turner and Maj. Amanda Person, 77th Air Refueling Squadron, KC-135R Stratotanker pilots, fly civic leaders including Lt. Governor of North Carolina, Dan Forest, May 18, 2017, in the skies over Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. The flight occurred two days prior to the opening ceremony of Wings Over Wayne Air Show, which will headline the U.S. Navy Blue Angels premiere aerial demonstration team.
